The United States was founded on the basis of freedom for the people.   It was designed as a republic.   Today we call it a democracy.   But it's a democracy in name only.   It's actually a dictatorship disguised as a democracy.  

It's run by the men who control the banking, the finance, the insurance, and the oil industries.   The United States government is controlled by the super-wealthy men who behind the scenes control the corporations that spend the money to elect the politicians who write the laws that control anything of any significance in the United States, England, and Europe.   They also have considerable influence and economic clout in the rest of the world.   Unfortunately these men are all drug addicts, addicted to Money and Profits at Any Price  and addicted to High-States Gambling.   Many of them are also addicted to The Thrill of Experiencing Physical Danger.    

Another seemingly-unresolvable juxtaposition is that our democracy is kept free by three dictatorships, the police, the courts, and the military.   When the chips are on the table, there is absolutely no freedom in any one of these structures.   A major piece of the problem is that each one of these structures is designed to control something outside of itself and none of them has sufficient internal control to avoid major corruption.   True, debt-free Corporate Democracy resolves this problem and several other problems, as well.  

The World's First True Democracy:   The True Corporate Democracy Foundation's Win-Win Business structure is actually the world's first, true democracy.   It oversees itself and makes no, none, nada, zero zippo effort to control or dominate anything outside of itself.   It's a creation mechanism functioning for the long-term highest good of all concerned, with primary and equal focus on four aspects of the American corporate structure -- the employees (including management), the customers, the environment and the stockholders (if there are any stockholder other than its partnering foundation).   It's design prevents corruption, exploitation, corporate mismanagement.   It prevents corporate executive form placing profits ahead of everything else.  

It's small enough to be manageable, and when this system is in place and functioning, there will be thousands of small democratically-structured corporations interacting with and supporting each other.   Under this structure, participation is by free-will choice and, unlike our present so-called democreacy, is not a coercive function of the participant's place of residence.  

There is nothing radical about this system except the results.   It's created by a simple adjustment in the present corporate management structure.   It's incredibly easy to set up and integrate with existing corporations.   It involves partnering an updated and revised version of the traditional non-profit foundation with existing (or newly-created) corporations.   Then, using a surprisingly-simple technique, it gently and with grace and ease, shifts corporate, stock ownership to the partnering foundation.  

For corporations that are supposed to provide public services such as the the banks**  and the insurance corporations,***  there is a much faster, much more efficient way to resolve the problems created the present corporate management based upon Money & Profits at any Price.    You'll find the solutions described on these two websites:

The Present System:   When you examine the activities of the major, multi-billion-dollar corporations, you'll find that most of them are Managed as Top-Down Dictatorships that exploit their workers, misinform their customer, produce shoddy products, and ignore the damage they do to the environment.   Management is based upon ** Separation, (us against them) ** Competition, ** Deception,  ** Invasion  ** Exploitation,  ** Usury, and ** Short-Term Profits at Any Price.  

Most major, multi-billion-dollar corporations are filled with ethically questionable management practices, riddled with conflicts of interest, controlled by the super-wealthy men addicted to  Money& Profits at any Price, run for the The Powers That Be, and managed by The Warlords of Business who are excessively self-centered and arrogant multi-millionaires who don't give a damn about the people, their plight, their rights, the truth, or the environment.  

Some of you are going to say that this assessment is too harsh.   It is not!   If anything the criminal behavior of corporate drug addicts addicted to  Money& Profits at any Price is grossly understated.   But again, We say DON'T BELIEVE US!   EXAMINE THE EVIDENCE!  

For an incredibly-easy-to-see-example, we refer you to the  the Enron Scandal.   Watch  two-hour documentary, produced by HDNET Films, titled:  Enron - The Smartest Guys in the Room.   This  documentary will clearly show you drug addicted corporate mismanagement at its worse.  

The above described corporate management practices are the same style of gross, corporate mismanagement that produced the the 2009 financial crisis from which we have yet to recover.
